A member asked:

I was diagnosed with hypotonia and child paralysis when i was born. i am 19 years old, i can do everything now. drive a car, ride horses, i can walk 10 miles straight. although not a normal walk, it looks different. can i be cured? stemcell therapy?

Unknown. Hypotonia is just a label for lower muscle tone, not a specific condition. Child paralysis is a vague term that may be otherwise called Little's disease or cerebral palsy. These are stable/unchanging defects in posture and movement related to an injury to the nervous system anytime from pregnancy to age 3 yr. At this time there is no cure for such problems.
