Depends: Especially if you have a history of a heart murmur. Erythromycin and Clindamycin are a couple of alternatives to the penicillings

Infection: If you are infected, they may be prescribed... no infection, no need for antibiotics. if you are undergoing any of the above mentioned procedures, discuss your allergies with your provider.
