Don't freak out: Most likely temporary malady. Might be canker sores, very common , source not known, worse during period of stress. Could be one or more of your taste buds is inflamed or irritated,which can swell and form a painful bump on your tongue. Maintain good oral hygiene and monitor and they most likely will resolve on there own. Only seek medical attention if they persist or worsen >7-10 days.
