I engaged in sex 5 days after laparoscopic ligation of bilateral testicular veins to treat varicocele. thereafter i experienced unbearable pain in groin area. what is the probable cause of pain? did i interfere with the recovery process?

Unbearable pain post surgery is a definite problem! You will need to make an emergency appointment with your surgeon as it may indicate that there has been damage to the repaired area. Imaging or ultrasound may show exactly what is going on and your Dr may need to do a revision.
