I had varicocele op now i have dull aching pain and i can feel th veins the pain decrease with supporter and no ligation of gubernacular v is it ok?

Varicocele: I'm confused, did you use a supporter prior to the operation and got relief or did you use the supporter after the operation and got relief? Varicocele operations are not 100% successful in relieving pain, the varicocele may have recurred and maybe you have developed collateral circulation causing the veins to return.
