Varicocele: I'm confused, did you use a supporter prior to the operation and got relief or did you use the supporter after the operation and got relief? Varicocele operations are not 100% successful in relieving pain, the varicocele may have recurred and maybe you have developed collateral circulation causing the veins to return. See the surgeon and discuss your options.
