It sounds like it is time for you to see a doctor and get and evaluation for your hip pain. More medication masked the underlying problems creating pain, and may make the problem worse by encouraging you to "tough it out" or do other activities, which can worsen the overall hip.

You have hip issues and an orthopedic surgeon should evaluate. Not clear if you truly have RLS or need to seek comfortable position Get hips addressed first and see if RLS gets over
