Small white papules: Milia are tiny cysts that don't have an opening to the surface of the skin. The only way to get rid of them is to have your dermatologist open them with a needle or blade and scoop them out with a comedone extractor. The skin around the eyes is delicate and easily damaged, so please have your doctor take care of that.
