Extraction: Many of these are obstructed glands with white, dense material in them. You can used a comedone extractor to get rid of those. Some are fibrous tissue which can only be removed with surgery. Soak your face with a very warm washcloth, and use the extractor and see your ophthalmologist or dermatologist for the rest.
