Milia and scars: The milia will most likely go away on their own. If they don't there are things your pediatrician can offer when she's older to help them resolve. The scar's appearance will depend on how it's cared for. Protect it from sun exposure by using a good sunscreen on her face any time she's going to be outdoors - it's always going to be there, but perhaps much less noticeable.
