Primary elements of a concussion include loss of consciousness of some duration, alteration is stability/motor skills, memory or thinking change among others. The symptoms cited do not suggest the type of injury that would warrant an emergency room visit. Most head injuries are NOT concussions. By definition, a concussion is defined as an acute closed head injury accompanied by loss of consciousness, alteration of memory, or a combination of both (Dorland's Medical Dictionary). If you did not fulfill these criteria, you did not have a concussion.
