Can you offer guidance to help with a deathly fear of anesthesia? i have had 2 surgical experiences and both were horrible. one was general and the other was the semi conscious type. i can remember bits & pieces of both. also - i have red hair?

Agree with emotional support, and have found that cognitive-behavioural therapy has been a very efficient and effective approach. Biofeedback can teach control measures to deal with fears.
