I noticed when hugging my husband the other day that i could hear his heart pounding and feel it when putting my hand on his chest. even his shirt will move from the beating. he said he was not aware of it even, and feels fine. should i worry?

Has there been a change or you did not look at his chest carefully before? A heart pounding from excitement can have the features you described, without any thing being wrong. It would be prudent to see your doctor and address the issue at the next visit. Wish you and your husband good health!
