I don't consider this as unusual as long as your pulse shows appropriate rapid rate & you're breathing rapidly consistent with vigorous exercise& you're not otherwise uncomfortable with chest distress & abnormal breathing pattern.. If your chest wall is prominent, that is you're not slender, you may not feel heart beats. You could be monitored witha treadmill stress test if you still have concern
