Would constantly being hungry be a sign of diabetes?

Possible: That's one symptom of diabetes. Get a blood test if you are worried about it.

Possibly: Possibly. Other signs are excessive thirst, excessive urination, etc. If you've been having any of these, i would recommend talking to your doctor. Simple tests can be done to see if your blood sugar is consistently elevated to the point of being diabetic.
