Hoping you can tell me, is sign of pre diabetes being hungry all the time?

Possibly: Possibly. Other signs are excessive thirst, excessive urination, etc. If you've been having any of these, i would recommend talking to your doctor. Simple tests can be done to see if your blood sugar is consistently elevated to the point of being diabetic.
