Potentially hunger: Dizziness and lightheadedness are common symptoms of hunger or hypoglycemia in anyone, not just diabetics. However, if you are concerned about diabetes, feel free to go to your local health fair or clinic to get your blood sugars tested. Adrenal insufficiency can also cause the symptoms you described.

Dizzy, diabetes?: Do a fasting glucose or a glucose tolerance test. This will answer whether you have diabetes or not.You might be someone whose blood sugar drops too low?
