I just picked up my birth control pills. i also had my covid vaccine at the same time so i held my prescription under my arm against my skin for about 30 minutes. i got to the car and the packet of pills felt warm. are they ok?

They should be ok if it was just a short period of time like that. Under the arm is definitely warmer than room temperature, but unlikely a problem for only 30 minutes

Agree with Dr. Bickel. This increase in temp for this period of time should not impact the effectiveness of your oral contraceptive.
