Hi my skin is coming out these red spots started appearing about 1 or 2 weeks ago. i think i have no allergies i am very confused why it appears and what disease is it thanks i hope i can get an answer?

I get allergy on my whole body. Swelling on buts. Lips. Head skin. Small red spots. I use zyrtec (cetirizine) , fexit and after time its gone. But again happens.
