Recently my bruises have been getting red raised and itchy when my skin gets hot or cold. i am not on any regular medication so am a little confused as to why this has started this year.?

See doctor: Might be something common line atopic dermatitis or eczema, or something more serious such as vasculitis or panniculitis or other skin condition. Best to see a dermatologist for evaluation, diagnosis (may possibly require a biopsy), and treatment.
