Can mild dehydration in diet contribute to hair loss? does it have to be severe dehydration to cause issues or can mild cause it as well?

If you are healthy especially your kidney function is normal you will not get dehydration unless you are deprived from water. You will feel thirsty first before anything happens. Mild dehydration for a short time should not be the cause of hair loss.
