Jump: Jump up and down, 100 times several times a day. Great cardio. If you get some bursts of high intensity cardio for 30seconds to 1 minute at a time, you should be able to get your metabolism to speed up. Of course you can change your diet to mostly vegetables and you could lose weight with that as well.
