Good morning doctors. i take 81mg enteric coated aspirin, metoprolol er succinate 100mg, and clopidogrel 75mg daily in the morning. should i be taking them together or separately? during which part of the morning should i take them? when i wake up?

According to Lexicomp and manufacturer labeling, for aspirin: “Administer with food or a full glass of water to minimize GI distress.” For Metoprolol, “it is preferable to administer with or immediately following meals; however, may also administer without regard to meals.” For clopidogrel, without food is fine. Bottom line: can take together once a day, such as during breakfast
