JJ, Moderna and Pfizer all have significant benefit in protection against COVID. Pfizer and Moderna require a second dose, and JJ does not. The major benefit to encourage use of any of those vaccines is the significant reduction of hospitalization/death resulting from non-use, so any of the listed vaccines is recommended strongly.
