Hold off: Call prescribing doctor and describe your side effects. Ask what to do, eg. is dose too high, you may be very sensitive to medication in general. You need peace of mind also to continue if med is making you feel awful. Doctor may reassure you. That's what medical supervision is for. Take care.

My opinion: Not all drugs are appropriate for all people due to biological variation, and in your case, you do not tolerate the medicine. Best you have your doctor find an alternative, but perhaps confirm in detail if this class of drugs is appropriate for you.
