Round bump on my neck in like with shoulders, its quite large, i usually look down at my phone, it dosent hurt but i usually look up to idk how to describe it, make it feel normal i guess, i looked around and thought maybe dowagers hump?

There is normally a raised bump at the base of the neck normally in all people. It is called the cervical protuberance at C7. I am not sure about your concern. More details are needed, it needs to be seen.
