I feel a hard golf ball like bump on the back of my neck around my shoulder area under my skin(duh)..it's completely rounded&appeared randomly, help??

Lump: My top two likely causes for this lump are either sebaceous cyst or lipoma. I would have your doctor see them. Both conditions are benign and can usually be resolved with an outpatient procedure.
