Many causes: There are many causes if dizziness. Benign paroxysmal position vertigo can cause spinning dizziness with position changes such as looking in certain directions or rolling over in bed. See an otolaryngologist. I dont know if the other symptoms are related. An evaluation by a primary care doc can can assess these other symptoms and if they are linked.
