Most children will approximate the height of their same gendered parent as an adult. Children can grow taller if their opposite gender parent or other genetic relatives are taller than their same gender parent. Nutritional considerations such as good protein intake and lack of disease/infections will maximize your height. Boys typically finish growing around age 17.

The general expected final height of males is the average of both parents plus 2.5 inches. Here that would suggest 5'9.5" as his expected final height. A better marker for growth potential is an x-ray of his wrist/hand to show open growth centers. If open, more growth, closed, he is done. Most males stop growing taller at 17-18.
