Most children will approximate the height of their same gendered parent as an adult. Without knowing your dad's height, it is difficult to determine. Nutritional considerations such as protein intake and lack of disease/infections will maximize your height. Boys typically finish growing around age 17 when their bone growth plates start fusing.

Maybe. Most males grow until 17-18, some stop sooner or later. A single x-ray of your wrist/hand could evaluate growth centers in the bones. If open=you grow more, if closed, you are done. If your mom thinks your dad is taller than you are now there is a good chance you will grow taller, if not you may be done.
