Hello, i have been tapering off 60mg propanolol for a month, 10mg a week. one of the side effects i have been having is that sometimes my left arm and/or right leg begin to tingle, not fully numb but should i worry? i also have panic disorder..?

You likely have answered your own question, as I do not think the Beta-blocker per se is the culprit, but rather as dosing drops, your panic disorder symptoms start to "break-through". Inform your doctor of this dilemma as an interventional modification may be in order.
