I have never not had my period for this long. 42 days... really hoping its not some sort or cancer, or perimenopause. my husband and i want to try for kids at the end of the year. i dont know why my period is still not here. help! please advise?

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor.
