Spine cancer spread to menengis but my consultant says it has not spread anywhere else in an 8 month period .have had physiotherapy for balance and legs which have slightly improved and will go to rehab hope to progress mobility,can it stay stable?

Depends: on what type of cancer you are referring to. Spread to the meninges is always problematic; however, knowing the class and stage of your cancer can help direct your therapy.
