Your question is unclear. If your gums bleed, that is not a risk factor for getting HIV. If you have HIV and bleeding gums, person coming in contact with your blood would be at risk of getting HIV. If you do not know if you have HIV, get tested. Wish you good health!

HIV IS A BLOOD BORNE VIRUS SO ANY TIME BLOOD RESIDUE FROM ONE PERSON COMES IN CONTACT WITH ANOTHER PERSON BY ANAL.ORAL OR VAGINAL SEX YOU ARE AT RISK. HAVE GOOD ORAL HYGIENE TO STOP THE BLEEDING GUMS AND HAVE SAFE SEX.

Bleeding gums usually due to bacterial infection that has been implicated in heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, higher susceptibility to diabetes/hiv/etc. To reduce Periodontal Disease see your Dentist or, because of your medical history, a gu/bone specialist Periodontist.
