Get tested: You have not been very safe. You have placed yourself at risk but how high a risk no one can say for sure. It is less than vaginal or anal sex but still a risk. You need to be tested.

Yes, you should: Oral sex haws a low, but real chance of transmitting HIV. If the sex was less than 3 months ago, you should undergo a HIV RNA PCR test (viral load). It is the best test, because it becomes positive usually within 2 weeks after infection. Next time, make sure the guy has a latex condom on (not perfect, but the most effective). Also, there is post exposure medication, see a physician.
