No worries: In real life, one does not catch HIV infections that way, regardless of whether or not the lady is promiscuous (which means different things to different people), or whether it was marinara or Alfredo. Worry more about the real, known ways that people catch HIV, which don't include sharing food.

Probably not: However that doesn't mean no, it means probably not. If your gums are bleeding, however, you have infected gums, gum disease, which is a bacterial disease (HIV is viral). Please see your Dentist, or ask Dentist for referral to gum specialist, a Periodontist. Gum disease is associated with heart, kidney, liver and lung dysfunction. Call your Dentist.
