Are you taking the Imodium and mirtazapine together? The mirtazapine is likely to make you very drowsy and it should be taken at night. Imodium doesn’t usually cause drowsiness by itself, unless you are getting dehydrated from diarrhea. Call your doctor if you are having ongoing diarrhea! Best of luck to you!!
