You can take these medicines 5 hours apart as there is no adverse interaction between these medications. You should see a doctor if your symptoms persist to find out what is wrong. Yes, you can use these two medicines at the same time. In the meantime, be sure that you’re very well hydrated if you were having diarrhea and nausea. If you are unable to maintain hydration, or if your symptoms persist, see your doctor or a gastroenterologist. Good luck.
