These findings are consistent with minimal or trace mitral regurgitation requiring no intervention other than regular follow up visits and antibiotics prior to any dental or other surgical procedure as recommended by your cardiologist. Your cardiac chambers are normal and show normal function. All these findings are of no serious concern.
