Could a new ear piercing & 1st covid vaccine cause a supraclavicular lymphnode to pop up on the same side?

the supraclavicular lymph node is most likely secondary to an infection from the ear piercing. Any discomfort from the vaccine would give local tenderness and swelling of the arm it was injected
