Swollen tonsillar lymph node? i have a moveable but painless hard lump directly next to the top of my jawbone (under the ear). i currently have covid and had a cough. is this normal? if so, how long will it take to go away?

Most people with Covid infection have sore throat which can cause enlargement of the neck lymph nodes. Most such inflammatory lymph nodes settle down over a period of 1-2 months. If it increases in size, then you should have it examined by your family doctor.
