Since there is a privacy law that restricts any doctors access to patients records without their specific approval, you will need to attempt to remember your Dr's from the past so that you can give permission for your records to be released to you. Your insurance company may have records of which Dr's saw you through their billing records.

Your GP or PCP may and will request records on your behalf and can reconstitute your medical history. If not having one now would be the time to get established with one.
