Hello doctors my right tube has a mild hydrosalpinx can it be treated with antibiotics and why is it painful,does hydrosalpinx pain?

If there is active infection as a cause of the issue antibiotics may help. If it is caused by old scarring of the structure it would not. The deep organs of the body are not wired with pain sensors like you have on your fingers, but they do have sensors that trigger pain with stretch/distension like you get when you are gassy. The term hydrosalpinx describes a fluid distended tube.
