Sinusitis can be a chronic problem. Small changes in hydration and wellness can cause a flareup of the symptoms. Inflammation can frequently cause secondary infections when fluid builds up and allows bacteria/viruses to grow. Use saline nasal washes daily, combined with decongestants, antihistamines and if infected, see a Dr for Antibiotics. Regular prevention = avoid symptoms.
