Bronchospasm?: Sinus infections can cause bronchospasm which can give you shortness of breath. This can be easily treated with bronchodilator and possibly steroid inhalers so see your doctor for further eval and treatment. If your breathing problems worsen, go to the nearest ER.

Depends: Sinusitis causes nasal congestion and drainage. Bronchitis or asthma causes breathing problem. The antibiotic you got is not good enough for sinusitis. If sinus......need a guafenasin and dextromethorphan combo, stronger antibiotic. Orange juce, chicken soup will help getting better faster.
