Diagnosis first: There is a difference between seasonal allergies, all year allergies, and sinusitis. Correct diagnosis must be done first. I seen thousands of patients who suffered simple runny nose to severe headaches , and difficulty even talking or breathing. I treated them based on the severity and correct diagnosis. Cromolyn nasal spray with over counter antihistamine may work good. See md for sinusitis.
