It will get better. Please talk to your doctor or your pastor/Imam to discuss the matter. You have a long life ahead of you and what you are going through is not uncommon and it will pass. There are medications to address depression. It will sound counter-intuitive, but starting each day with exercise will help (I do it every day). Wish you good health and prosperity!

You need to seek professional help. A psychiatrist can evaluate you and see if you need medication for depression, especially with suicidal thinking. You also would likely benefit from ongoing counseling to help support you. Everyone needs help now and then so see a psychiatrist ASAP. You will feel so much better when you get the support you need. I’m rooting for you!! Please call today!!
