Not likely: If you have chronic fatigue and previous sleep deprivation, check 25-oh vit d levels and take sufficient amounts. Read kelly mcgonigal's the will power instinct to help you make healthy life style changes. Eat, do the meditation relaxation breathing for 5 minutes, grab 5 positives ( see rich hansen) then do brief easy aerobic and resistive exercises for 10 minutes instead of napping.

No: The goal of the uberman sleep schedule is to exist on six like power naps to train your body to go directly into rem sleep. If you are getting a good 7 hours of sleep at night you should not need scheduled napping and i doubt you are going into rem to make up for any lack you may feel at night
