Am i going to be okay if i stop taking metoprolol? i only take the pill for my anxiety. i want to know can stop taking it on my own. i only take 25mg once a day?

You likely can do so but consider some factors that would make you successful. Finding a life coach/therapist that can teach you skills to manage stress and anxiety can help you do so for years to come drug free. Your doc should know someone in your area that can provide such training.
