Left eye corner feels bruised when blinking.today morning lid was swollen(eyelash roots area).its not red at all, nor a bruise color.no signs of infection.the other day i was rubbing my eyes a little hard. could that be from trauma from rubbing?

Since there is no bruising or sign of infection at this time, it is possible that this was caused by rubbing your eye too hard.
