Hi, I am sorry you are having pain. If you are having fever and pain, you need to see a doctor asap, this may need to be drained, and you may need antibiotics.

suggest you see a dermatologist for eval and poss tx. This could be a viral infection such as hsv or even the beginnings of shingles or possibly an infected cyst
